SHIPPING/PICK UP POLICY

At Modish Maven Boutique, we pride ourselves in quick turnaround times so that you receive your items as quickly as possible. At times, circumstances out of our control may occur that delay this process — such as inclement weather — and we will communicate with you if that happens.

SHIPPING DETAILS:

• FREE shipping on all orders over $75.
• Orders under $75 ship at a flat rate of $6.95.
• Orders take 1–3 business days to be processed and packaged before being shipped.
• Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checking out.
• Our shipments include tracking and delivery confirmation.
• We ship primarily via USPS, with UPS and FedEx used as needed.
• Please ensure a valid physical street address is entered at checkout to ensure successful delivery.

• Shipping: 3–5 business days
• Total Estimated Delivery: 4–8 business days

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:

It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that they enter the correct shipping information. Modish Maven Boutique is not responsible if a package is not received due to an incorrect address.

RETURN POLICY

At Modish Maven Boutique, we are committed to providing our valued customers with a delightful shopping experience. To ensure your satisfaction with your purchase, we have outlined our return policy below, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with it.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY:

1. In-Store Credit Only. We offer in-store credit for returns, which can be used to make future purchases at our boutique, in store or online. We do not provide cash refunds or credit card reimbursements for returned items.
2. Timeframe. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item for in-store credit. For online orders, that starts from the date of delivery.
3. Original Condition. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags intact, free of makeup, deodorant, or other stains and odors. Footwear must be in the original box.
4. Purchase Receipt. The original purchase receipt must be presented at time of return.
5. Non-Returnable Items. The following items are ineligible for return:
   • Final Sale Items. Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
   • Accessories. Items such as jewelry, sunglasses, and hats.
   • Leather Accessories. Wallets, handbags, totes, clutches, etc.
   • Lingerie. Items such as bralettes.
   • Beauty Products. Poppy & Pout, Teleties, Inked by Dani, etc.
   • Gift Cards. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

1. Exchanges. As a small boutique, we do not offer traditional exchanges. If you are returning an item for sizing, we encourage you to purchase the size needed as we have limited quantities and items may sell out.

IN-STORE RETURN PROCESS:

1. Bring Your Receipt. To initiate a return in store, please bring your original receipt or proof of purchase to Modish Maven Boutique.
2. Inspection. Our staff will inspect the returned item to ensure it meets the return criteria mentioned above.
3. In-Store Credit. Upon approval, we will issue you an in-store credit in the amount of the original purchase price. Your store credit has a 60 day expiration.

ONLINE RETURN PROCESS:

1. Review Return Eligibility. If your online purchase meets the outlined guidelines above, please email us at the address above to request approval. The email must include the order number, the item name, and reason that you want to make the return.
2. Timeframe. If approval is granted by Modish Maven Boutique to accept the return, we will email you the details. We must receive the return item within 7 days of the approval email.
3. In-Store Credit. Upon approval, we will issue you an in-store credit in the amount of the original purchase price. Your store credit has a 60 day expiration.
4. Shipping Options. Items must be shipped back to us via USPS, UPS, or FedEx only. We recommend you purchase a tracking number as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Items must be neatly packaged; to avoid damage to shoe boxes, they must be packaged inside another box.
5. Shipping Cost. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

MISCELLANEOUS:

1. Price Adjustments. Due to inventory changing rapidly, we are unable to offer any sort of price adjustments if an item goes on sale after you have purchased it.
2. Lost or Stolen Packages. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Each package we ship is assigned a tracking number that you can locate and contact the carrier for information on.
3. Damaged/Defective Items. If you believe you received a damaged item, you have 3 days of delivery receipt to notify us at the address above. Please include a clear photo of the product that you believe is damaged. Damages caused by removing hang tags will not be accepted. We recommend using scissors to remove tags. Damages caused by improper care will not be accepted. We recommend following the instructions listed on the item.
4. Incorrect Item. In the event you receive the incorrect item, you have 3 days of delivery receipt to notify us at the address above. We will promptly issue a shipping label for you to send the item back. Once received, we will ship the correct item to you. If that item is no longer available, we will give you the choice to issue a store credit or refund your purchase to the original form of payment.
