SALES ASSOCIATE JOB DESCRIPTION

Thank you for your interest in joining the Modish Maven Boutique team! We’re a community-rooted women’s fashion boutique in downtown Lima, Ohio, where every customer leaves feeling confident, styled, and like a friend. If that sounds like your kind of place, we’d love to meet you.

THE ROLE:

Part-time Sales Associate. Availability required Tuesday–Friday and Saturday during store hours.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Greet and engage customers in a warm, professional manner
• Assist customers in finding clothing and accessories that make them feel their best
• Offer product knowledge and honest styling advice
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Steam and tag garments to keep the floor presentation-ready
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• A genuine passion for fashion and helping people
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and reliable time management
• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus
• Basic computer skills; Shopify experience is a bonus

COMPENSATION:

Competitive hourly pay commensurate with experience.
