The Role
Position: Part-time Sales Associate
Location: Modish Maven Boutique, downtown Lima, Ohio
Availability: Tuesday through Friday and Saturday during store hours.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers and create a friendly, comfortable shopping experience.
- Help customers find clothing and accessories that make them feel their best.
- Share product knowledge and offer honest, thoughtful styling advice.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Steam and tag garments to keep the sales floor presentation-ready.
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment.
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine passion for fashion and helping people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and reliable time management.
- Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Basic computer skills; Shopify experience is a bonus.
Compensation
Competitive hourly pay commensurate with experience.
