Store Credit / Return / Exchange Policy
At Modish Maven Boutique, we are committed to providing our valued customers with a delightful shopping experience. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our return policy below.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
- Store Credit Only. We offer store credit for returns, which can be used for future purchases at our boutique, in store or online. We do not provide cash refunds or credit card reimbursements for returned items.
- Timeframe. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item for store credit. For online orders, the 14-day window begins on the date of delivery.
- Original Condition. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags intact, and free of makeup, deodorant, or other stains and odors. Footwear must be in the original box.
- Purchase Receipt. The original purchase receipt must be presented at the time of return.

Non-Returnable Items. The following items are ineligible for return:
- Final Sale Items. Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
- Accessories. Items such as jewelry, leather bags, clutches, hair accessories, and hats.
- Intimate Apparel. Items such as bralettes and bodysuits.
- Gift Cards. Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be returned, and balances do not expire.
- Beauty Products. Items such as lip balms, lip scrubs, and similar products.
EXCHANGE POLICY
As a small boutique, we do not offer traditional exchanges. If you are returning an item for sizing, we encourage you to purchase the correct size promptly, as we carry limited quantities and items may sell out.
IN-STORE RETURN PROCESS
- Bring Your Receipt. Present your original receipt or proof of purchase at Modish Maven Boutique.
- Inspection. Our staff will inspect the returned item to ensure it meets the return criteria above.
- Store Credit. Upon approval, we will issue store credit in the amount of the original purchase price.
ONLINE RETURN PROCESS
- Request Approval. If your online purchase meets the return guidelines above, email us at returns@modishmavenboutique.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, item name, and reason for return.
- Ship Your Return. Once your return is approved, you have 7 days to ship the item back to us. Items must be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx only. We recommend purchasing tracking, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. Shoes must be packaged inside an additional box to protect the original shoe box.
- Shipping Cost. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

MISCELLANEOUS
- Price Adjustments. Due to rapidly changing inventory, we are unable to offer price adjustments if an item goes on sale after purchase.
- Lost or Stolen Packages. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Each shipment is assigned a tracking number; please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
- Damaged or Defective Items. If you believe you received a damaged item, notify us within 3 days of delivery at returns@modishmavenboutique.com with a clear photo of the damage. Damages caused by removing hang tags or improper care will not be accepted. We recommend using scissors to remove tags and following all care instructions on the item.
- Incorrect Item. If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at returns@modishmavenboutique.com. We will provide a return shipping label, and once received, ship the correct item. If the correct item is no longer available, we will offer store credit or a refund to the original form of payment.
